Chocolate chips cookies

Really simple recipe for some delicious chocolate chips cookies.

They can be easily done gluten free using gf oat flour or a mix of buckwheat and rice flour.

  • 200 gr oat flour

  • 50 gr unrefined coconut sugar

  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

  • 1 pinch of nutmeg

  • 250 ml plant based milk

  • 30 ml coconut oil or olive oil

  • 70 gr cioccolate chips ( I simply chopped some dark chocolate taps)


  • If you use buckwheat and rice flour, use 100 gr of each one

  • Make sure to sift all the dry ingredients

  • The dough has to be creamy but not runny, add the milk slowly.

  • Cook the cookies in a preheated oven, 180 degrees for 20 minutes. Chill outside if you want softer cookies. Chill in the oven if you wanna crunchier cookies
