Chocolate chips cookies
Really simple recipe for some delicious chocolate chips cookies.
They can be easily done gluten free using gf oat flour or a mix of buckwheat and rice flour.

200 gr oat flour
50 gr unrefined coconut sugar
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 pinch of nutmeg
250 ml plant based milk
30 ml coconut oil or olive oil
70 gr cioccolate chips ( I simply chopped some dark chocolate taps)
If you use buckwheat and rice flour, use 100 gr of each one
Make sure to sift all the dry ingredients
The dough has to be creamy but not runny, add the milk slowly.
Cook the cookies in a preheated oven, 180 degrees for 20 minutes. Chill outside if you want softer cookies. Chill in the oven if you wanna crunchier cookies
