My health coaching programs are not about quick fixes but lasting changes.


This program is for whom want to drastically improve their lifestyle and health.

Length: 6 months

This is a full immersion program where over the period of 6 months, together we will go through all the different areas of your life that you feel are unbalanced. It's the most comprehensive and effective program of all, taking into consideration all the elements of a healthy lifestyle. It's perfect for those who want to make sustainable and lasting changes that will improve their health and happiness, gradually with support and accountability.

With a wholistic approach, together we will look at all the aspects that make up your health such as sleep, stress, nutrition, physical activity, relationships, career, fulfilment, spirituality etc. 

Together we will spot the areas that need more attention and improvement, setting specified goals and making simple but effective action steps that will help you  with gradually make positive changes in each of these areas.

The goal of this program is to help you reach your health and lifestyle goals. Spotting the real issues and find the right tools for you to reach your goals it usually takes 6 months but it may be less. My goal is to give you guidance, the right tools and knowledge for you to "work" alone.

With my 6 month transformation program you’ll get a custom designed health plan, based around your work schedule, lifestyle and health.

We will have a  fortnightly or weekly coaching session where we will discuss your progress, concerns, goals and/or doing activities that will align with them.

Some sessions may include meditation, cooking classes and exercises. Also supermarket and health food store tours will be included with pantry makeover in order to learn more about how to read carefully the labels behind foods and make healthier choices when is time to grocery, and how to buy nutritious foods for delicious recipes.

This program is for anyone having the awareness that stopping consuming animal products, refined flours and sugars and adopting a whole food plant based lifestyle, it sustain human optimal health and helps reducing pollution.

Having the right awareness is the first step, with the "Natural Transition" program I'll guide you step by step through the change from a standard diet to a whole food plant based lifestyle.
